The founder of this rehabilitation center is Cadie Fagg. It has been her goal since a small child to change the standards of how livestock and equine are handled in not only our state but nationwide.

The rescue began in 2021, specializing in discarded male dairy calves. In late 2022 the rescue and rehab center moved to Laurel and expanded and opened its barn doors to large Equine, Dairy Calves, Donkeys, Goats and more!
Each and every animal is brought in exhausted, in poor health, and
unsure of the meaning of love, then they meet our team and are introduced to compassion fueled with passion.
“FTLOL” has an all hands on deck mind set, every animal is given the absolute best chance at survival possible and the rescue team will not give up even when the odds are against them.

That statement is powerful, and true. But there will be so many animals hoping they are the lucky ones for years to come if we do not stop the inhumane function of agriculture.
Humans will always eat meat, but how they eat it and knowing how it was raised and where it came from is a big goal of ours.
Most of your beef comes from a stock lot that is fed in unsanitary conditions consuming 30% of manure during its daily ration. We need agriculture officers that are in place to ensure each and every livestock producer/owner is operating under proper conditions and giving their living creatures the essentials to survive. We need education for
EVERYONE!
Agriculture is part of every single human being's life, it just looks different for everyone. From horseback riding, to showing goats at the county fair, cooking bacon for your family on Christmas morning, keeping cows as companions at your hobby farm, or eating a cheeseburger at your Labor Day BBQ.
